At Kapri The Label, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible.

Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
